Terms & Conditions1. CREDIT CARD - A credit or debit card is required to confirm all reservations and a valid card must be supplied at check- in for all arrivals. We accept all major credit cards. If credit or debit card declines, the booking will be cancelled.
2. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE: Check-in time is from 3pm to 11pm, Check –out time 11 am.
3. DEPOSITS - 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking. Excludes non refundable bookings.
4. NON REFUNDABLE - The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking.
5. CANCELLATION POLICY - Any cancellations must be made two days prior to your date of arrival, otherwise you will be charged for the full length of your intended stay.
6. SMOKING - We operate a strict no smoking policy. If a guest smokes in their room a charge of £100 per room will be made to their credit/debit card in order to fumigate the room(s).
